What is central station monitoring and why should my system be monitored?
Central station monitoring is having your alarm system programmed to send signals to a monitoring station which are then handled by a dedicated team of trained specialists who can contact the necessary authorities and notify the proper people on your contact list. This provides an extra layer of protection and provides peace of mind in the event of an emergency compared to having a non-monitored system where nobody gets notified upon activation. Not having your system monitored leaves a big hole in your protection.
I already have a system installed by someone else. Can you monitor it?
If you already have a system and are looking to add monitoring or switch to a new provider, in most cases we can monitor your existing system. However, some of the big name companies have panels exclusively manufactured with their hard coded monitoring information, locking you into monitoring with them and preventing the system from being reprogrammed for monitoring by another company and that programming cannot be changed. In any case we are happy to see what we can do to get you monitored with us.
Our central station is committed to having the most qualified, extensively trained personnel and the most advanced technologies available with the singular purpose of providing the very best monitoring services. Our mission is to protect lives and property and to ensure the safety and welfare of employees and families nationwide. No other monitoring provider has invested more resources in pursuit of this mission.
